Dentistry Rising

John Broomer was born and educated in the UK, and had a twenty-year career in the oil and gas industry there.  John moved to California in 2008 for a job promotion.   In 2010, an opportunity came to move into the dental field where his senior level management and business development skills provided the knowledge necessary to transition seamlessly into dental practice management consulting.  

 

Initially, John worked within the long established and highly regarded Onsys21 consulting group before breaking away with David Orr to form Alliance Consulting.  Alliance proved to be a great success and quickly became established as one of, if not the, go to consultancies for dentists looking for sustainable practice growth. In 2017 looking for a new challenge and to develop a more progressive business model John founded Five Fundamentals.  Five Fundamentals provide both practice management and practice acquisition assistance to many dentists across Southern California.
